At only eight months old, Salute took his first blue ribbon in the competitive juvenile white male class at the NAAS. The judge stated that Salute was the finest animal in the class and that he also had the longest staple length of any alpaca he had seen during the entire show. In fact, the judge said if we breed for animals with staple length like Salute's that we could shear twice a year and the animals would be twice as valuable for fleece production. |

| At his second show, Salute took another blue ribbon in another very competitive white male class. The judge at the MaPaca show said that all of the animals in the class were extremely fine fleeced and that he placed Salute first because he had the least amount of guard hair anywhere in his fleece. This makes two in a row for Salute who seems to be following in his sire's footsteps. |
Someone is going to get 1/2 ownership of a great Mr. Antonio son/Hemingway Grandson. Don't delay, purchase your half of Salute while he is on his way to making a name for himself. We won't be selling the remaining half of his ownership. |
